Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the housekeeping department, aligning with industry standards while meeting guest expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and requirements, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Maintain room keys and auxiliary locks, guaranteeing secure access to guest rooms
  • Ensure effective cleaning tasks are carried out, adhering to established quality standards
  • Perform administrative duties and prepare paperwork, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Maintain staff records and assign cleaning tasks, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability
  • Take inventories and communicate effectively with guests, addressing their needs and concerns
Requirements
  • University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
  • Minimum 1 year work experience as an Administrative or Coordinator, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in English (writing and speaking), with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
