Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager. As a key member of the hotel's leadership team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and driving business results.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless delivery of service and efficient use of resources.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Manage inventory, implement cost-saving initiatives, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve sales, revenue, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within F&B, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality operations.
  • Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management is preferred.
