We are seeking an experienced Senior Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional with expertise in the Temenos T24 system, particularly in the AA (Accounts and Arrangements) module.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking software implementation, development, or support, with at least 10 years of experience working with T24 versions from R20 onwards. They will also possess extensive knowledge of the T24 architecture, performance tuning, and integration.

This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and technical systems, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating solutions, designing best practices, and ensuring seamless integration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and proposing solutions that ensure system architecture integrity and performance
  • Designing solutions adhering to scalability principles
  • Gathering and analyzing functional requirements from business stakeholders
  • Translating requirements into T24 configurations or customizations and preparing Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
  • Leading or supporting end-to-end implementation of business requirements within T24
  • Collaborating with vendors and internal teams for seamless integration
  • Providing production support, issue analysis, and root cause resolution
