Commercial Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sourcing Manager to coordinate with buyers, support purchases, and assist with product selection and examination for our stores, catalogues, and online platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing high-quality products at competitive prices and developing negotiation strategies to secure profitable deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Strategies
    • Implement effective sourcing strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • New Product Research
    • Research and review new products to meet company goals.
  • Product Sourcing
    • Source high-quality products at competitive prices aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Negotiation Strategies
    • Develop and execute negotiation strategies to secure profitable deals.
  • Reporting
    • Develop reports on key metrics to reduce expenses and enhance efficiency.
  • Vendor Management
    • Identify reputable vendors and suppliers to foster future partnerships.
  • Communication
    • Communicate with stakeholders to clarify specifications and expectations for sourcing.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to quality assurance of sourced items.

Requirements:

  1. Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in retail.
  • Mandatory experience handling Light Household products (home appliances, homeware).
Skills
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
