Field Service Technician Opportunities

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide technical support and system administration for our global network.


About This Role

This is a full-time position that requires operations support, maintenance, system administration, sustainment, and training for various networks and sites.


Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise
    • Analyze processes and solve problems using analytical/logical thinking.
    • Administer systems, networks, and IT services.
    • Document technical issues and risks related to systems, architecture, or network.
  • System Management
    • Procure, install, and configure hardware/software.
    • Configure networks with associated communication security devices (COMSEC).
    • Act as System manager/integrator in integration and implementation of WAN/LAN infrastructures.
  • Specialized Experience
    • Provide specialized experience in enterprise and campus-wide WAN/LAN infrastructures.
    • Share information through the Common Operational Picture service and Voice over IP.
