Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Professional to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will deliver exceptional service, ensuring every dining experience is memorable.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests warmly and guiding them through menus with confidence and product knowledge.
  • Taking and serving food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area, adhering to hygiene regulations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar position within a hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends and service etiquette.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
