Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional assistance and direction for the smooth running of the stewarding operation.
  • Supervise department employees, facilities, operations, and costs.
  • Ensure sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene, and quality levels meet standards.
Your Day-to-Day

You will be responsible for supervising duties, maintaining health inspection records, and taking actions to reduce losses.

In this role, you will work in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to protect guests' and employees' health and safety, as well as conserve the environment.

Maintain compliance with hotel environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in Stewarding in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
