Chief Development Officer

We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Chief Development Officer to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, mixed-use real estate developments across iconic destinations in Oman.

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping world-class destinations in one of the region's most exciting and rapidly growing markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full development lifecycle — from feasibility, planning, and design, through to construction and handover.
  • Define and execute a forward-thinking real estate development strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Oversee master planning, design management, consultant coordination, and regulatory approvals.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, risk, and reporting across multiple high-value projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, operators, consultants, and government stakeholders.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • 15+ years' experience in real estate development, ideally with a focus on mixed-use or hospitality projects.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale developments in the GCC region.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and leadership capabilities.
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
