About the Role

The Public Relations Officer will play a key role in our organization, working closely with the HR department to ensure smooth registration processes and resolve any related issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating registration with the tax department, municipality license, and lease agreement related to the office space.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role are required.

In addition to registration duties, the Public Relations Officer will be responsible for preparing letters of invitation, obtaining required attestations, and scheduling staff visas. They will also need to coordinate with internal and external departments, collect necessary documentation for visas and permits, and provide office administrative and HR support as needed.
