We are seeking a seasoned Senior Building Solutions Specialist to join our team in Muscat, Oman.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale building projects, encompassing healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Responsibilities include managing projects from both a financial and technical standpoint, requiring effective stakeholder engagement, coordination with local authorities, and resolving design or technical issues during project execution.

Key requirements for consideration include a degree in Structural or Civil Engineering and at least 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, experience managing complex building projects with a focus on both technical and financial aspects, and a proven track record in leading small teams.

In this dynamic client-facing role, you will assist in preparing proposals and tenders, participate in business development and operational activities in the Oman office, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
