Housekeeping Coordinator Role
This is a key position in ensuring the efficient running of our housekeeping operations. As Housekeeping Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in arranging and assisting with daily housekeeping tasks, securing maintenance of all room keys and auxiliary locks, ensuring cleaning tasks are carried out effectively, performing administrative duties, preparing paperwork, maintaining staff records, assigning cleaning tasks, taking inventories, and communicating effectively with both internal and external guests.
Key aspects of this role include providing excellent customer service, ensuring that high standards are maintained in every aspect of the housekeeping department, and being proactive in addressing any issues that may arise.
A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is ideal for this position, as well as a minimum of 1 year work experience as an administrative staff or coordinator. Additionally, good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
