As a Padel Coach, you will be responsible for coaching guests, organizing padel programs, and maintaining an engaging and professional sports environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Training

  • Design and deliver comprehensive coaching sessions for guests and members, catering to their individual needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement training programs that cater to players of all levels, from beginners to advanced.
  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to enhance guests' overall playing experience, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Share your knowledge and expertise with guests, providing tips and advice on padel techniques, strategies, and fitness conditioning.

Guest Engagement & Experience

  • Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests, making them feel valued and respected.
  • Organize engaging events and activities, such as social matches, tournaments, and clinics, to foster a sense of community and encourage guest participation.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and exceed their expectations.
  • Ensure that all guests receive outstanding customer service, building loyalty and promoting repeat business.

Facility & Equipment Management

  • Ensure the padel court, equipment, and facilities are well-maintained and meet the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular checks on padel equipment and supplies, ordering replacements as necessary to prevent any disruptions.
  • Enforce strict safety and cleanliness protocols throughout the facility, protecting both guests and staff.

Administration & Compliance

  • Keep accurate records of guest participation and coaching sessions, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new developments in padel coaching, continually improving services and knowledge.
