Drive Revenue Growth and Customer Satisfaction

We are seeking a talented Contact Center Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of contact center representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth.

As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement.

You will also be responsible for analyzing customer interactions and identifying opportunities to develop new revenue streams through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer interactions and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Lead and guide a team of contact center representatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in contact center operations, sales, or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
