Creating Engaging Social Media Content

This position involves creating engaging content for social media platforms, driving audience growth and engagement. As a Content Developer, you will develop a communications strategy across multiple channels, focusing on excellent planning and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include delivering regular analysis and reporting on various communications channels, content performance and campaigns results.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of best practices for communications in tech, hands-on knowledge of social media management tools, and proficiency with at least four social media platforms. They should also possess exceptional interpersonal skills, aptitude for forging trusting relationships, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
This role is part of the marketing team and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve goals. You will be responsible for executing A/B and multivariate growth tests, creating awareness on integrated campaigns, product launches, webinar series, industry announcements and core content. Package all of Canonical's product offerings and educational materials creatively, from bare metal, AI, Kubernetes to chats on diversity and CSR. Experience owning campaigns and collaborating with others to make them happen is essential.
