  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of insurance advisors by providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and organize or facilitate training sessions to improve sales skills, products, and system knowledge.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales management to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with overall business objectives.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a team management role.
  • Good knowledge of Life Insurance and General Insurance, especially motor & home.
