Job Summary: As a skilled and detail-oriented Repair & Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of Weatherford's directional drilling tools and downhole equipment. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with various Directional Drilling tools and downhole equipment.
  • Perform required checks as per R&M procedures and tool manuals.
  • Ensure all disassembled parts are sent for inspection and updates are made in tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with operations to meet field schedule requirements.
  • Assemble DD Motors as per job requirements.
  • Operate BreakOut Machine and Overhead Crane.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and HSE reporting.
  • Report job failures promptly and submit failure reports and evidence for investigations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Good computer skills; ability to work with business software.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Motor Assembly and Disassembly.
  • Certified/competent Breakout Machine Operator.
  • Certified/competent Overhead Crane Operator.
