Maintenance Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oman. This role involves ensuring equipment reliability by maintaining assets in accordance with technical standards, common practices, and manufacturers' requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively, adhering to established standards and procedures. They will also participate in root cause analysis for recurring breakdowns or equipment failures and support the commissioning process of new assets.

To excel in this role, you should have a high diploma degree in mechanical or mechatronics technology, hands-on experience with mechanical installations, and at least 2 years of experience in paint manufacturing or relevant industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
  • Record Data: Accurately record all required data linked to work orders in a timely manner.
  • Analyze Breakdowns: Participate in root cause analysis for recurring breakdowns or equipment failures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Commission New Assets: Support the commissioning process of new assets to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSEQ) and engineering standards.
