Heavy Machinery Operator Position in Oman

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Machinery Operator to join our team in Muscat. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Operating heavy machinery such as excavators to perform tasks like digging trenches, loading trucks, and placing materials
  2. FOLLOWING established safety procedures and regulations at all times
  3. Inspecting equipment before each use and reporting any maintenance issues
  4. Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
  5. Communicating with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operation of equipment
  6. Adhering to project timelines and completing tasks within the specified time frame

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience operating heavy machinery or similar equipment
  • A valid biometric passport (for foreign workers)
  • The ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to heavy equipment operation
