About the Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to join our team as the Head of IT Infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring it meets business needs and drives business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for IT infrastructure development and maintenance
  • Liaise with vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and optimization of IT systems
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure their success
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures, driving continuous improvement and best practices

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership and management, preferably in a similar industry

Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals

Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
