Senior Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our projects from conception to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine project requirements and develop project plans to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Provide guidance and direction to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, or MICE.
