At our luxury hotel in Salalah, Oman, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Concierge to provide exceptional service to our guests and ensure their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Main duties include assisting guests with inquiries, making reservations for restaurants and activities, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions.

You will also be responsible for handling guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have extensive knowledge of the local area and be able to provide insider tips to enhance our guests' experience.

A full-time position requires flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have accommodation arrangements in place or be based in Salalah.
