Digital Marketing Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to lead the development and implementation of our marketing strategy in support of business objectives.

  • Establish strategic partnerships with key operators (B2B).
  • Promote the business directly to customers (B2C).
  • Develop and direct comprehensive marketing campaigns across three core regions (RSA, Nigeria, Kenya).
  • Manage budgets effectively and report on key performance indicators (social media KPI, affiliates, B2C user base from acquisition, activation, retention, and CRM programs).
  • Design and maintain a customer relationship management program in collaboration with the primary B2C team to handle user engagement.
  • Provide logistical and order management assistance to the merchandising function.
  • Collaborate with the brand, content, and design teams to organize assets and produce targeted content for Africa.
