Al Buraymi Fitness Center seeks a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and helping others reach their health and wellness goals.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Fitness Professional to create personalized workout plans, conduct fitness assessments, and provide guidance and support to clients throughout their fitness journey. As a Fitness Professional, you will be responsible for demonstrating exercises, providing guidance on proper form and technique, tracking client progress, and making necessary adjustments to their workout plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their fitness goals and create personalized workout plans
  • Demonstrate exercises and provide guidance to ensure proper form and technique
  • Track clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
  • Conduct fitness assessments to measure clients' strength, endurance, flexibility, and other fitness indicators
  • Provide nutrition guidance to help clients achieve their desired results
  • Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
  • Keep up-to-date with current industry trends and research in the field of health and fitness

Requirements:

  • Nationally recognized certification in personal training (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fitness Professional
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
  • Ability to create effective workout plans tailored to individual needs
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
