Safety Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced HSE professional to provide safety leadership for a large-scale LNG project. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing HSE systems, supervising contractors, and implementing HSE management systems on-site.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies, ensuring contractor compliance with HSE management systems.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with contractors to develop and implement HSE training programs, ensuring a safe working environment.
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HSE management, supervising contractors, and implementing HSE systems on-site.
  • Proven experience in advising contractors to achieve HSE key performance indicators.
  • Expertise in conducting HSE audits and inspections, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to set up and manage HSE training programs, medical fitness to work systems, and medical infrastructure on construction sites.
  • Oman or Middle East experience is highly desirable.
