Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Department Manager to lead our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Strategically lead and manage the housekeeping department to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
  2. Develop and implement strategic housekeeping procedures and standards.
  3. Manage inventory and supplies to minimize losses and maximize resource use.
  4. Liaise with other departments to monitor service quality and discuss operational problems.
  5. Participate in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan.
  6. Develop and implement modernization of cleaning methods and equipment.
  7. Ensure teams are well-trained and supervise the maintenance of the property to high standards.
  8. Monitor and analyze products and offerings of competitive hotels to maintain a competitive advantage.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Desirable:

  • A Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
