Key Responsibilities

  • Develop destination and brand marketing strategies aligned with the company vision and objectives.
  • Sustain brand positioning across all marketing channels by ensuring consistency in customer-facing assets.

  • Collaborate with teams to position the destination as a hub for high-profile events.

Campaigns & Launches

  • Coordinate promotional events and roadshows in collaboration with sales.
  • Act as a point of contact with the development team for project launches and related marketing material.
  • Support creation, inventory, and distribution of POSM across key locations.
  • Assist in the rollout of digital marketing campaigns for residential and destination-level efforts.

Reporting & Monitoring

  • Contribute to monthly reports and summaries on marketing performance.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly updates and achievements for the department.

Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or real estate project marketing.
