
Strategic Destination Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop destination and brand marketing strategies aligned with the company vision and objectives.
- Sustain brand positioning across all marketing channels by ensuring consistency in customer-facing assets.
- Track brand awareness metrics and enhance brand image through engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams to position the destination as a hub for high-profile events.
Campaigns & Launches
- Coordinate promotional events and roadshows in collaboration with sales.
- Act as a point of contact with the development team for project launches and related marketing material.
- Support creation, inventory, and distribution of POSM across key locations.
- Assist in the rollout of digital marketing campaigns for residential and destination-level efforts.
Reporting & Monitoring
- Contribute to monthly reports and summaries on marketing performance.
- Assist in preparing quarterly updates and achievements for the department.
Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or real estate project marketing.
