Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Engineering leader to oversee the efficient operation of our hotel facilities. This includes managing fire and life safety equipment and systems, as well as planning and executing preventative maintenance work, new projects, extensions, and renovations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing strategic plans and providing knowledge to inform our operational objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal facility performance.
  • Create and manage budgets to support engineering initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on energy conservation and sustainable practices.


Requirements and Qualifications
  • Candidates should hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum five years of experience in a leadership role within the engineering field.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and government requirements is essential.
  • A proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
