Luxury Resort Design Manager

A career-defining opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Interior Design Manager to spearhead the interior design management of a luxury resort renovation in Muscat, Oman. The role requires a deep understanding of high-end hospitality design trends and cultural aesthetics.
This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a proposal-based role, subject to project award. You will be responsible for leading all design stages, including concept, schematic, detailed design, and FF&E coordination. Your focus will be on creating a luxurious, functional, and culturally sensitive environment that aligns with 5-star hospitality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in high-end hospitality interior design. At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or project leadership role within Oman/GCC is required. Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills are essential for success in this role.
As the primary liaison between the design team and the construction team, you will ensure that design deliverables meet quality, cost, and time objectives. Supervising the in-house team and external design consultants, guiding technical reviews, design workshops, and value engineering sessions, and monitoring site execution to ensure design integrity are key responsibilities of this role.
