Lead Investment Banking Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and writing pitch materials, transaction documents, memoranda, financial models, and participating in due diligence meetings.
They will maintain the integrity of valuation analyses and transaction models in collaboration with clients and third-party reports.
About the Role- Analyze financial, economic, regulatory, and strategic factors of transactions to develop sector-specific knowledge quickly.
- Create business proposals, financial analysis, deals, offer documents, financial models, client presentations, and communicate with clients, regulators, and investors.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- MBA/Chartered Financial Analyst or Equivalent Qualifications.
- 2-3 years of experience in a core advisory function with an investment bank or equity research house.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong financial modeling and financial analysis skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a competitive environment.
- Initiative and ability to generate ideas and carry them forward.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong report writing skills.
- Documentation experience, including advisory reports, prospectus, information memorandum, and drafting presentations.
- Ability to think critically in unstructured environments.
