Key Account Strategist - Infrastructure Solutions

The role of Key Account Strategist - Infrastructure Solutions is to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction in the infrastructure solutions space. This position requires a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor landscapes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You should also have a strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, including data center solutions, virtualization, and cloud computing.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in presales, solutions architecture, or technical sales (data center/infrastructure solutions).
  • Hands-on expertise in infrastructure solutions (compute, storage, networking, HCI).
  • Familiarity with virtualization, cloud platforms, and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of data center modernization, cloud migration, and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of security, compliance, and disaster recovery best practices.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills (able to engage both technical and executive audiences).
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic).
