We require an experienced professional with a strong background in information technology, computer science, or business administration, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication skills, particularly in English, are also essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Document As-Is business processes and design To-Be processes
  • Develop SLA and KPI for To-Be processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Language Skills:

Fluency in Arabic and very good speaking and writing skills in English are required.
