Job Description:
Sales leaders are responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sales teams and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Negotiate sales deals and close sales
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the property market and industry trends
  • Create social media marketing strategies
  • Participate in local and international property roadshows and events

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and property, with a focus on relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of the property market and industry trends
  • Prior experience working in Real Estate, High-End Luxury Automotive, or High-End brands
  • Experience in selling off-plan residential units
