Job Description:

  • The Operations Supervisor is a key member of the hotel front desk team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all front office activities.
  • Supervises and supports a team of front desk staff to ensure they meet their job expectations.
  • Responsible for processing guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintains room availability and rate parity across all distribution channels and booking platforms.
  • Handles escalated or complex booking inquiries, including VIP, group, and corporate accounts.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in hotel front office operations with supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS/CRS).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
