Job Title: Business Development Officer

 

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing the Braxtone Club Program, expanding the service provider network, and enhancing business relationships with clients in Oman.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation, including filing, report generation, meeting preparation, and supply ordering.
  2. Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and assist visitors.
  3. Manage the Braxtone Club Program and expand the service provider network.
  4. Collect funds from garages and enroll new service providers in the program.
  5. Conduct market research and analyze collected data.
  6. Acquire new product suppliers and market the company.
  7. Collect and analyze market data.
  8. Understand the business through research.
  9. Maintain relationships with customers (insurance, brokers, rental cars, agencies, etc.).
  10. Arrange meetings with potential clients (insurance, brokers, and agencies).
  11. Assist with service provider management (obtain new service providers, offer discounts and reduced rates).
  12. Handle customer complaints along with office administration.
  13. Manage public relations with Omani ministries, banks, and government offices.
  14. Support digital media advertising.
  15. Organize events and promotions to enhance sales and company awareness in Oman.
  16. Market and secure new accounts for RSA programs and related activities.

 

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in administrative support and business development roles.
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Proficiency in digital media advertising and event planning.
  6. Familiarity with the Omani business environment and regulations.

 

Working Conditions:

  1. Normal Working Hours: 45 hours per week.
  2. Working Timing: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  3. Occasional weekend or evening work may be required.
  4. This job may require occasional business trips outside Oman.
