About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to lead sales efforts through key accounts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets through key account channels.
  2. Build and manage relationships with core stores and sales locations to achieve sales objectives.
  3. Create and implement promotional plans to enhance sales performance.
  4. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
  5. Supervise and coach key account representatives and sales promoters to ensure optimal sales outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of mobile phone sales experience, with at least 3 years in key account sales.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, channel sales, sales promoter management, and promotional activities.
