Key Responsibilities

  • This position conducts the sales process in a professional manner, providing service-oriented experiences that reflect the brand image and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • The Sales Executive actively prospects, follows all sales leads, acquires new customers, and develops long-term customer relationships.
  • This role involves approaching and helping customers entering the showroom according to the brand image, qualifying customers, and building relationships to undertake in-depth needs analyses.
  • The Sales Executive explains vehicle performance, product details, features, and benefits according to the sales process and develops strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase generated revenue.
  • This position maintains CRM systems to manage the list of new/existing customers as per the sales funnel and offers test drives to accompany customers.
  • The Sales Executive ensures smooth completion of sales contracts and introduces finance, insurance, and lease products during the sales process.
  • This role facilitates relevant departments receiving sufficient customer information for a smooth hand-over and completes relevant paperwork, car registration, and/or insurance documentation according to distributor policies.
  • The Sales Executive organizes the handover of the vehicle according to distributor policy, introduces customers to the after-sales department, and handles customer complaints tactfully and promptly.
  • This position uses various methods (e.g., telephone, email, visit) to acquire and follow-up on prospective customers and compiles customer contract reports.
  • The Sales Executive ensures regular updates of customer databases and records to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • This role shares knowledge and best practices about specialized products or product groups with the rest of the sales team, gains knowledge on dealership and competitor products, features, and accessories, and upholds company values throughout business practices.
  • This position utilizes sound judgment in decision making and performs any other additional duties as required by management based on business needs.
