About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arabic Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team in crafting exceptional Arabic dishes with a modern fusion twist.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative menus combining authentic Arabic flavors with global influences.
  • Experiment with modern plating techniques, molecular gastronomy, and artistic presentations to enhance guest experience.
  • Incorporate international ingredients while preserving the essence of Arabic cuisine.
  • Stay updated with culinary trends and introduce new dining concepts to elevate the restaurant's offerings.
Culinary Innovation & Fusion Presentation
  1. Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff on traditional Arabic cooking techniques and innovative fusion methods.
  2. Inspire creativity within the team while maintaining consistency and quality.
  3. Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance staff knowledge of contemporary plating and food styling.
Food Safety & Hygiene
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and all health & safety regulations.
  • Maintain high kitchen hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Conduct quality control checks to uphold consistency in food preparation and presentation.
Inventory & Cost Management
  1. Source high-quality ingredients, including premium Arabic spices and international fusion components.
  2. Monitor food costs, portion control, and waste reduction to maintain profitability.
  3. Establish relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure the best ingredients are used.
Guest Experience & Customization
  • Work closely with service teams to understand guest preferences and personalize dining experiences.
  • Create immersive dining experiences through live cooking stations, interactive plating, and storytelling through food.
  • Handle guest feedback and continuously refine menu offerings based on market trends.
Requirements & Qualifications
  1. Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef specializing in Arabic cuisine with a fusion approach.
  2. Culinary degree or certification in professional cookery, with expertise in modern culinary techniques.
  3. Strong background in food styling, presentation, and innovation.
  4. Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or high-end catering.
  5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, creative kitchen environment.
  7. Flexibility and a positive attitude.
  8. An eye for detail.
