Sous Chef Position

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing food according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining inventory levels, and assisting with menu planning.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of professional culinary experience and be knowledgeable about Indian cuisine. Strong communication skills are essential as you will need to effectively communicate with both kitchen staff and management. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations

Work Environment:
