Land Surveyor Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Land Surveyor Assistant to work with licensed land surveyors. In this role, you will assist in measuring and mapping land features for construction projects. This is a full-time position that includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist licensed land surveyors in conducting field surveys, measurements, and mapping using specialized equipment
  • Set up and maintain survey equipment for accuracy and efficiency
  • Analyze survey data using computer software
  • Create detailed reports and drawings based on collected data
  • FOLLOW SAFETY PROTOCOLS at all times while working on construction sites
  • Attend training sessions to improve skills and stay updated with industry standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Strong mathematical skills and accurate measurement tool usage
  • Basic knowledge of computer software such as AutoCAD or GIS preferred
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
  • Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
