Courier Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Courier Supervisor to oversee our courier operations in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of packages and documents to our clients in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our courier services in Al Buraymi">
  • Supervise a team of couriers, ensuring they follow proper delivery procedures">
  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure all shipments are delivered on time">
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding deliveries">
  • Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and transactions">
  • Train new couriers on company policies and procedures">
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery processes">
  • Evaluate courier performance and provide feedback for improvement">
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to courier services">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Pakistani nationality preferred">
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or courier industry">
  • Good knowledge of Al Buraymi city and surrounding areas">
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines">
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively">
  • Excellent communication skills in Urdu/Hindi (English is not required)">
  • Basic computer skills for record keeping purposes">
