Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects in Oman. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all construction activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of materials and equipment to the project site.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as needed to ensure project goals are met.
  • Implement and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project team members to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15-20 years experience in large EPC construction projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
