Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

Are you a skilled construction professional with experience in managing complex projects and leading teams? Do you have a strong background in civil engineering and construction management?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.

  • Manage and supervise construction activities related to bridges and structural works.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with international safety standards and construction regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
  • Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
  • Oversee resource planning, material procurement, and logistics management.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Minimum 15 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in overseas projects.
  • Extensive experience in the construction of bridges and related structures.
  • Strong understanding of structural engineering, construction methods, and materials.
  • Familiarity with international construction codes and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software and MS Office tools.
