IT Project Coordinator

This role involves coordinating with the project management team and providing a comprehensive view of project activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Animating the project managers community by participating in weekly meetings and planning presentations to improve awareness.
- Participating in the qualification of new projects by understanding business requirements and evaluating GIS services offered.
- Continuously improving project management best practices by participating in process improvements and tool evaluations.
- Keeping up-to-date the project portfolio and following activity KPIs by updating the portfolio and preparing reports for internal meetings.
- Contributing to capacity planning definition and following up on project manager activities by validating charge assignments and updating capacity planning.
The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in engineering, computer science, or economics, with initial work experience and bilingual French/English written and spoken skills. They will also possess business acumen, multicultural and multifunctional leadership, communication abilities, and technical abilities including understanding of project management principles and IT infrastructure technologies and services.
