We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Desktop Support Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading provider of open source software and operating systems, supporting employees and customers with their technical needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include investigating customer-reported issues, resolving complex problems related to our products, and owning support cases to meet SLAs. You will also engage directly with customers via various channels and participate in a weekend support rotation.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent technical skills, including experience with Linux troubleshooting and configuration editing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic programming skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Experience with knowledge base article creation and maintenance.
  • Ability to analyze logs and stack traces effectively.
