We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Document Controller / Project Assistant. The role will focus on managing project documentation and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring proper tracking, numbering, and filing.
  • Ensure document control procedures are followed and implemented in accordance with client standards.
  • Upload, track, and archive project documents using document management systems.
  • Distribute documents to the appropriate project stakeholders and maintain accurate records of communication.
  • Monitor document submission timelines and alert the team of upcoming deadlines or overdue items.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in document control or project administration, preferably on engineering or construction projects.
  • Familiarity with document control systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced project environment.
