The project:

We oversee work for world-leading organisations across the public and private sectors. Our Middle East and North Africa hub has successfully operated in a wide range of countries, delivering project and programme management and cost consultancy services.

Your responsibilities:
  • Lead potentially managing other category leads.
  • Engage with executive and client level internal/external stakeholders/leaders.
  • Develop own & team strategies, implementing, managing, monitoring them end to end to deliver goals.
  • Lead the team on certain workstreams and initiatives delivering on time and to expectation via others to deliver on targets.
  • Category management & leadership.
  • Development and maintains relationship management expertise.
  • Manage and provide leadership to teams, ensuring the principles, structures, tools/capabilities and responsibilities are in place to drive plans and deliver excellence.
  • Due diligence & company/market understanding.
  • Create value through process, performance & commercial activity.
  • Plan development & implementation incl embedding, monitoring, delivering via others.
  • Deliver on objectives in challenging situations on time.
  • Provide performance management, talent development and coaching.
  • Develop & maintain a series of both internal and external relationships.
  • Manage and influence key/senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
