About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Equipment Sales Specialist to join our team at Zoomlion. As an integral part of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the construction equipment market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new customers and business relationships within the construction equipment industry.
  • Update and interact with CRM systems to manage client and project information.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor project phases from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of equipment.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Support post-sales processes and actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4+ years' experience in sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with Arabic being an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oman experience is required, with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
