We are seeking a Brand Growth Specialist to drive the success of our Top fruit brand in Oman.

About the Role

The Brand Growth Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and market share expansion. This role requires a deep understanding of the juice market, competitive landscape, and evolving consumer preferences to build a strong brand presence.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand growth.
  2. Managing brand communication initiatives to increase visibility and awareness.
  3. Conducting market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  4. Collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
  5. Monitoring and evaluating campaign effectiveness to optimize future efforts.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  2. Strong knowledge of ATL & BTL marketing strategies.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.

Experience

Prior experience in marketing, preferably in the beverage industry, is essential for this role. Additionally, experience in managing digital marketing and social media campaigns will be highly valued.
