Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to join our team. As a key member of the operations group, you will be responsible for monitoring and performing day-to-day electrical and instrumentation functions.

You will execute tasks safely and efficiently in accordance with set company procedures to achieve production targets while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Your primary focus will be on assisting in performing safe and productive operation and maintenance activities on all electrical and instrumentation equipment in the facility.

You will ensure the Plant is operating as per OEM recommendations and coordinate maintenance activities with the supervisor.

You will assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment, including inspections, testing, calibrations, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems, instruments, PLCs, analyzers, and GCs.

You will monitor the performance of all electrical and instruments through daily logs and report abnormalities to site management.

You will work with the manager to identify required spares and tools, and manage stocks through CMMS/SAP.

You will create work orders in SAP as directed and relay information to planners for updates in CMMS/SAP.

You will read and interpret various drawings for electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and process data, including blueprints, schematics, loop drawings, and P&ID's.

You will participate in root cause analysis of routine problems and failures with supervisor/manager.

You will participate in training and reviews of electrical and instrumentation operational and maintenance procedures, offering feedback for improvement.

You will maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards during and after tasks.

You will comply with Emergency Response Team (ERT) roles and responsibilities as assigned.

You will comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE policies, procedures, work instructions, and guidelines.

You will perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
