Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality assurance protocols to monitor guest satisfaction and ensure services meet expectations.

About the Role:
  • Quality Protocol Development: Create comprehensive quality protocols that align with hotel standards and guest expectations.
  • Guest Satisfaction Monitoring: Establish methods to regularly monitor guest satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Service Standards: Work closely with department heads to ensure service standards are met and exceeded.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs that support quality objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure all quality-related processes comply with health, safety, and legal requirements.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance indicators related to quality, reporting findings to senior management and making recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Expert or similar role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess quality metrics.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in Quality Management would be a plus.
